Shuttle Link Conditions
1. All domestic/international meet/greet will be an extra $10.
2. Each extra Baggage other than 2 baggage per pax may be charged $5 extra.
3. Surf Boards, Push Bike, Baby Seats, Oversize baggage etc. each $5 extra.
4. All non cash transactions will incur a $3.00 fee per transaction.
5. All fares are in NZ Dollars with GST included.
6. No unaccompanied children under 14 years.
7. No dangerous goods are allowed aboard in the shuttles.
8. No smoking aboard minibuses at all times.
9. Loss or damage of items through theft or negligence is not the responsibility of Shuttle Link.
10. Soiling/Rubbishing the shuttle vehicle in any form incurs $100 cleaning charges.

Shuttle Link will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand your travel plans may change and other reasons may occur.
With that in mind, Shuttle Link has an easy cancellation policy. Just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund (exclude the transaction fees for credit card payments).
Shuttle Link will not refund payment if cancelled with less than 6 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of non appearance.

WARRANTIES
Shuttle Link makes no warranties or representations of any kind that the services provided by this web site or any linked site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the site or the server that hosts the site are free from viruses or other forms of harmful malicious machine code.
At any circumstances Shuttle Link, their staff, contractors, or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of these pages, not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or any linked site.
