airport transfer option, providing a "shared ride".
Our service takes all the hassle out of getting to the airport.

What is a "shared ride"?
Since all our passengers are travelling to or from the airport
they can share the same vehicle. We allow a little more travel
time to the airport for this shared ride service so that our
customers benefit from sharing the cost of the journey. This
is why our prices are economical. But you can also order an
exclusive ride and not share your shuttle with anyone else
for privacy.
Does Shuttle Link go anywhere?
Yes, we do pick up from or deliver you to your doorstep from
home, hotel, hostel, office or anywhere.
Is Shuttle Link a scheduled service?
No, as long as you make your booking in advance, we grant
an on demand service. You can confirm a pick up time or we
can estimate your pickup time based on your flight departure.
Does Shuttle Link provide 24 Hrs Service?
Yes, we operate 365 days 24/7, door-to-door.
What should be the cost to travel with Shuttle Link?
Because a number of passengers going to the airport or vice
versa are sharing the cost of the Shuttle Transport, our prices
are much lower comparing any private hire. Depending on your
group size and pickup location, our prices can be less than
half the price of a taxi. Refer to our fare chart or contact
us for a quote.
How Can I Travel With Shuttle Link?
You need to book for transport through our website or over
telephone. Shuttle Link provides door-to-door airport transfers
to or from anywhere in the city and all suburbs in Auckland.
Where will I find Shuttle Link at the airport?
Shuttle Link will be waiting for you at the airport in
the terminal you are arriving into, normally beside the baggage
carousel in domestic or at the pre-booked transport desk at
international terminal.
Do I have to book for my Shuttle Link transport?
Yes. We recommend you to book your Shuttle Link transfer
at least 12 hours in advance (if doing it ONLINE). We can
accept bookings up to 2 hours prior to the pickup time however
we require a phone booking to be able to confirm and coordinate
this service.
Do I have to pay for my luggage items?
No. The shared ride price includes up to 2 pieces of standard
luggage per person. Extra Baggage will cost $ 5.00 Extra.
Can I hire the Shuttle Link just for me and my family
/ friends / staff / work colleagues?
Yes you can. Just request our Exclusive service when you
make your booking. This service means you can get up to 11
passengers and obtain a quote for this service. We can also
provide a 22 seater Bus for larger group of passengers.
How many people can a Shuttle carry?
1 - 11 passengers per vehicle and their luggage.
Can Shuttle Link carry my Windsurfing Board?
Yes. Our luggage trailer will take outsized items. Just let
us know when you make your booking. There is a nominal extra
cost of $5.00 each for these items.
Why do Shuttle Link tow a trailer?
This allows us to provide for all the luggage needs of our
passengers. The trailers are specifically designed to carry
bikes, bags, surfboards, skis, snowboards, large boxes
we carry them all.

How can I change a booking once I have a completed a booking
online?

Most of our clients prefer to use credit cards when paying
for travel services. Prepaying your booking ensures you enjoy
the most convenient way to pay for your transfer - when you
arrive at your destination you simply sign for the ride and
proceed on your way without having to wait for our driver
to process the transaction.
How much time will I need to allow travelling to airport?
When you book online, we can advise your pickup time around
other pickups and your check in time.
You also get the added bonus of selecting an earlier pickup
time if you wish to go out to the airport early to stay away
from the rush.
Is my information secure when I book online?
Absolutely. When you use your credit card to book or reserve
services on this website a secure payment method and pathway
is used.
Can I make a booking online without registering?
Yes, simply select "Make a Booking" and fill out
the booking form, then press the submit button.
What about infants and car seats?
All Shuttle Link vehicles have seatbelts and we recommend
that you bring your child's car seat with you when you travel.
Can I bring my dog or cat while travelling on a Shuttle Link?
Yes. There are two options for you. If you wish to travel
with your pet in the vehicle, you must pay for the exclusive
use of the vehicle. Alternatively your pet can travel in its
cage in luggage trailer for the shared ride price.
